ENZYME?
For the last few years a great number of small underground events have been held in Melbourne under the title of “Enzyme”. Designed to provide performance opportunities to independent, subversive, intelligent, confronting and little-known underground musicians, this year we have taken to plunge in presenting a massive event featuring the best musical and audiovisual artists who have kept Enzyme a unique part of Melbourne sub/counter-culture.
We are excited to present ENZYME TOWER, an Enzyme event unlike any other. As part of the Melbourne Fringe Festival we are working on a massive showcase of our favorite artists. There is a lot to look forward to, 2 floors of diverse live music from dark hip hop through to the extremes of noise and ambient soundscapes through to melodic electronica.
The Enzyme concept thrives off the support of a number of non-profit entities including DEMUS a friendly online society of musicians, DARK STEREO a distribution platform and online store and INFECTIOUS UNEASE RADIO who has been exposing underground talent on community radio for over 15 years.
