For many years Cassandra’s Myth has been one of Melbournes most secretive hidden musical gems… a project overflowing with talent, originality and an incredible ability to stun listeners every year with a new release of impeccable quality. High Tide is in stark contrast to previous works of industrial pop oriented electronica, and comes from left field with beautiful accoustic pieces, laid back electronics and a massive spectrum of diversity. Blinding light and uplifting melody, ultra violet chiller electronics, all the way through to a darkness which is not in your face… but lurking, and only exposing itself one small area at a time. There is a lot that we could say about this incredible album… and our good friend...

Respected music journalist Mick Mercer has given the Infectious Unease Radio Compilation Volume I, Compilation of the Year for 2010 ! Dawn Industry partnered with Infectious Unease to create this massive 4 x CD set of over 60 bands from around the world, as a celebration of the undying support the radio show has offered to independent and subversive music since 1992. It is reassuring for us to know that the work of Infectious, and Dawn Industry is so gladly accepted by our friends and musical colleagues. Personally I’m stoked that Mick Mercer was happy with our production of this huge task… which was undertaken with a very low budget. It is proof that the music of all involved...

Following from our recent announcements about the new releases from Cassandra’s Myth and Alternate Parallel Reality, the end of 2010 is beginning to symbolise a wonderful range of new music coming up. La Terreur is spoken word in the extreme, and an album which is as exhausting and confronting, as it is original. Film Noir and urban darkness mixed with noise, trip...
